How registration works
Create the account
Open the portal and choose Register. Your name, clinic, email and mobile number.
Add your practice details
PRC licence number, clinic address, and the pickup address a rider can collect from.
Confirm your email
We send a confirmation link. Without it the account stays pending.
Get approved and sign in
We verify the clinic — usually within one business day — then the catalogue, ordering and invoices open up.
